How Much Is The Deposit?

Answer

We require a $2,500 retainer to lock in your date and custom package. After that, we offer interest-free payment plans until 60 days before your event.

Can we bring in our own decor or vendors?

Answer

Yes! While The Manor includes nearly everything you would need for a complete wedding and reception, you are welcome to bring in your own special touches, photographer, videographer, florist, etc.

Can I bring in my own food or DJ?

Answer

The Manor has curated an incredible team that ensures your wedding will be completely seamless and stress-free for you and your family! Therefore, we do require the use of our DJ and catering. But do not worry, we can completely customize everything.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

A: We have backup plans! The Manor hosts one event at a time, so in case of inclement weather we will push your event back and wait out the storm. After the rain, we'll dry everything off and you'll be married in freshly watered gardens! We can also move the event indoors, if absolutely necessary.

Are you pet-friendly?

Answer

Yes! We love furry friends and understand how important it is for many of our couples to incorporate them in their big day. Just let us know and we'll be happy to make accommodations for Fido!

Can you handle allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Our chef is happy to make accommodations for dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, peanuts, seafood, etc. Please let us know during the planning process and we will help curate the perfect menu for you!

Can you recommend vendors to us that may not be included?

Answer

When you join The Manor Family, we supply you with the Keys to the Kingdom. KTTK is a virtual planning tool with recommended vendor lists, menus, decor, and more. You're not required to use everything but vendors have exclusive offers for our couples.

Do you require wedding insurance?

Answer

Yes! Your investment can be easily protected through wedding insurance with or without cancellation protection. It's a minimal expense for a meaningful investment. We're registered at https://www.vensura.co/

What does the service fee include?

Answer

With increasing costs, the service fee helps cover administrative fees including credit card processing, our online customer experience platform, your virtual planning tool and more.
